La Casa del Che en Alta Gracia

The offical Che Museum 'Villa Nydia' is open for public. Strange enough this museum just opened it's doors in 2001. In this 'little' town there is nothing more that reminds the world that this is the place where El Che grew up. Ernestito lived here from 1932 until 1943 where the climate was much better for his asthma than in Rosario de la Santa Fé. From this legendary place The Motorcycle Journeys began... Rosario de Santa Fé - Argentina

It's really strange that this -hard to find!- Little Square (La Plaza de Cooperacion de Rosario) in Rosario with this modest monument is the only thing that reminds the world that Ernesto Guevara was born in this small town in Argentina. If you know the story and legacy about Che you know why. But still ... It's awkward that in Argentina at every corner there is a Maradonna statue or poster and there is nothing that reminds that Che Guevara was born here. The future will correct past and present. If not we will! ...It Takes Some time to load because these are PhotoScans

Photoalbum Motorcycles Diaries

Diarios De Motocicleta The Motorcycle Diaries is an adaptation of a journal written by Ernesto "Che" Guevara (Bernal) when he was 23 years old. He and his friend, Alberto Granado (de la Serna) are typical college students who, seeking fun and adventure before graduation, decide to travel across Argentina, Chile, Brazil and Peru in order to do their medical residency at a leper colony. The film begins as a buddy/road movie in which Ernesto and Alberto are looking for chicks, fun and adventure before they must grow up and have a more serious life. As is said in the film itself, it's about "two lives running parallel for a while." The two best friends start off with the same goals and aspirations, but by the time the film is over, it's clear what each man's destiny has become. Great movie!

Benicio Del Toro as Che Guevara

Steven Soderbergh's The Argentine stars Benicio Del Toro as Che Guevara. The film opens with Che as one of the important figures in the growing Cuban rebellion led by Fidel Castro. The movie charts how the two successfully built an underground army large enough to successfully overthrow the government of Fulgencio Batista. Soderbergh and Del Toro team up again for a second biopic of Guevara.

Marcos` Corner | The Rincon de Marcos

This corner is for: We the rare, the marginalized, the so-called left-handers for not thinking right, those who are basically against imperialism and its injustices of hypocrisy and centralized power, fight for our desires, for our desires, for our ideals, for a better future for our children, for a dignified and transparent life, for being different and maintaining it, for all this we are like Che!
